We have several options available. Liam, our Steward, will contact you to discuss these options.

Please be aware that the club does not have any kitchen facilities. Gas burners/warmers must not be used. Electric warmers and/or slow cookers are acceptable. 

• Hire Charge:
  • £50 + VAT deposit applies to all function bookings.
    • This deposit will be returned as a credit on the bar on the day of the function.
    • Unused credit will not be refunded.
  • Children’s parties, baby showers, and gender reveals are subject to a £50 + VAT charge
    • Please note this charge is not returned as bar credit.
• The deposit of £50 + VAT is required to confirm your booking. 
• Full payment (if applicable) must be made at least 7 days before the event.
• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a refund.
• The person booking is responsible for any damages to the premises during the event.
• Club staff and/or the committee reserve the right to end the function early if necessary (e.g. due to unsafe or inappropriate behaviour).
• The room is available for setup one hour before the agreed start time - by arrangement - unless otherwise agreed with the Club Steward. Additional charges may be incurred if a longer setup time is required.
• The room must be left in the same condition in which it was found.
• Confetti cannons must not be used.
